Role overview:
You will be responsible for both brand strategy and content creation for cyber•Fund and our 200+portfolio companies. This is a hands-on role for a builder who can think strategically and execute flawlessly — from positioning frameworks to brand visibility and awareness. Your mission is to drive brand awareness, engagement, and thought leadership around the cybereconomy, amplifying our vision across the industry and within our portfolio ecosystem. You will combine strategic marketing with brand strategy to position cyber•Fund as a leading force in the wave of the cybernetic economy.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy & Positioning
Develop and refine brand positioning for cyber•Fund, the internal team and our portfolio companies.
Work closely with the leadership team to align brand strategy with business objectives.
Guide portfolio companies on branding and positioning.
Ensure all brand touchpoints — digital, print, and experiential—reflect our brand aesthetic and values.
Work directly with agencies, consultants, and internal teams to bring brand strategies to life.
Develop and execute content calendars that support brand and personal brand objectives.
Turn daily insights, meeting notes, and strategic ideas into engaging, publish-ready content.
Personal Brand Development
Build and maintain strong personal brands for cyber•Fund’s leadership team.
Create compelling narratives and content that reflect their vision and expertise.
Collaborate with content creators to ensure consistent and high-quality storytelling.
What We’re Looking For:
4 - 6 years in a tactical marketing role, with the ability to produce content and execute campaigns independently.
Experience building product marketing from start to finish—from positioning and launch strategy to go-to-market execution and iteration—ideally with exposure to brand-led organizations (e.g., Coca-Cola, Apple, Ferrari, or similarly disciplined brand houses).
A team player who takes the initiative to improve strategies, processes and ability to understand and produce technical and product-oriented semi-technical content.
Strong writer capable of simplifying technical concepts into engaging content for diverse audiences.
Hands-on experience executing both long-term brand projects and daily content.
Strong understanding of classical marketing principles and brand aesthetics.
Ability to work independently and manage agency/consultant relationships.
A curious learner who reads, studies, and applies marketing fundamentals.
Nice-to-Haves:
Experience in VC, tech, or B2B branding and content.
Background in product marketing.
Experience building personal brands for executives.
Familiarity with design tools (Canva, Figma) or basic video editing.
