We are seeking experienced Experience Litigation attorneys to join our rapidly growing network. Responsibilities:

• Attend court hearings, depositions, mediations, trials, etc
• Prepare and draft legal documents, such as motions, briefs, discovery requests, and responses.
• Conduct legal research and deliver comprehensive legal advice.
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
• Ensure adherence to all legal standards and regulations.

Requirements:

• Hold a Juris Doctorate and maintain good standing with the NY State bar.
• Proficiency in Civil Litigation.
• Demonstrated experience as a practicing attorney, preferably as an Independent Contractor, Special Appearance Attorney, or Coverage Counsel.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a high-paced environment.
• Capacity to work independently and reliably, requiring minimal supervision.
• Familiarity with legal research tools, proficiency in technology, and usage of tools such as Microsoft Office, WebEx, Zoom, Teams, Westlaw, and Lexis.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
